My Life Flow runs wherever you decide: on your homelab server, on your work computer, on a NAS in your living room. You choose the hardware, the connections and who has access.

Encrypted credentials
Your connection passwords are saved encrypted with a key you hold. The API never returns their value.
Closed access by default
My Life Flow only listens on the local machine until you decide to open it. No public registration: accounts are created by whoever administers it.
Verified backups
Everything lives in a single /data directory. Verified backups, tested restoration and encrypted copy of your personal vault.
Your services rule
Your CalDAV server and your mail remain the source of truth. My Life Flow doesn't overwrite changes made elsewhere.

01Do I need to use artificial intelligence?
No. My Life Flow works without an assistant. The assistant is optional, external and today it's a proof of concept.
02Where is my data stored?
My Life Flow's own data lives on your installation, in a single /data directory. Your mail, calendars and files remain on the services where they already are. If you use the assistant, the AI provider you configure may receive the conversation context.
03Is My Life Flow a SaaS?
No. My Life Flow is not a cloud service or SaaS. We believe the kind of information this app handles — your calendar, email, tasks, notes — is too private to trust to third-party servers. That's why it's self-hosted: you run it on your own machine, you control the data, and nobody else has access to it. Your privacy is not a feature, it's the foundation.
04Where can I install it?
Wherever you want. My Life Flow is designed to run both on a homelab server (Raspberry Pi, old laptop, NAS, mini PC) and on your work computer. It's just a Docker container that you can spin up anywhere. The choice is yours: always-on server or personal machine.
05Do I have to give the assistant my service passwords?
No. My Life Flow manages the connections and the assistant uses its own key and a limited set of operations. Changes require your confirmation.
06Which services does it work with?
With services that speak CalDAV (calendars and tasks), IMAP/SMTP (email) and WebDAV, plus local server folders. We don't promise compatibility with any provider: it depends on how each one implements these protocols.
07Can I install it without technical knowledge?
Not ideally today. My Life Flow deploys with Docker on your own infrastructure and requires managing it: HTTPS, updates, backups and master key custody.
08What language is it in?
The interface is available in Spanish and English. More languages are planned, without a date yet.
09How much does it cost?
The access model hasn't been decided yet. When it is, we'll explain it here in full detail: what it includes, what it doesn't and what external costs there may be.
10Who is responsible for security?
You are — and that's exactly the point. Because it's self-hosted, you decide how and where My Life Flow is exposed, and nobody else. We recommend using HTTPS, keeping the system and Docker up to date, not opening unnecessary ports to the internet, and monitoring access. We give you full control; you decide how far to take the protection.
